This AIRAID Intake includes a Specially Designed “LARGE” Filter With SynthaFlow Layering for maximum flow and dirt retention. Also featued on this new intake is a large deep-breathing cold air box that flows well beyond the needs of the engine and a large ram type inlet that will scoop in additional outside air for added performance. Designed for go or tow, this system can be used with the large deep-breathing intake tube supplied for maximum performance or the stock inlet tube to maximize torque (and minimize sound) when towing a large load on extreme grades. The intake will fit with the PowerAid Spacer as well.
The new AIRAID Dodge Ram System dramatically improves engine breathing and throttle response. On the chassis dyno, the system also generated an additional 20 horsepower and 22 lb/ft of torque at the rear wheels.
